The Groove Yard | Record Store

Working on Grooveyard was a blast! This project let me dive into a grungy, textured aesthetic that feels both worn-down and full of life. I wanted to evoke the raw, tactile sensation of a scratchy vinyl record, so I layered record-inspired textures directly into the logo for that authentic music vibe. Adding subtle record and plug elements helped bring the concept together visually, creating a cohesive brand identity that immediately speaks to music lovers and vinyl enthusiasts.

The overall look strikes a balance between edgy and nostalgic, with rough textures that feel lived-in but energized- perfect for capturing the spirit of a brand rooted in music culture and underground vibes. It’s a project that highlights how texture and detail can create an immersive, memorable experience.
